DFO advises that the mobile gear herring (purse seine) fishery for 3K (Herring Fishing Areas 3 and 4) will open at 0600 hours on Friday, April 5, 2024.

The Regional Director General, Fisheries and Oceans Canada, Newfoundland and Labrador Region gives notice that Variation Order 2024-014 has been revoked and Variation Order 2024-018 comes into effect on April 4, 2024.

The Regional Director General, Fisheries and Oceans Canada, Newfoundland and Labrador Regions gives notice that Variation Order 2024-005 has been revoked and Variation Order 2024-010 comes into effect at 1700 hours on March 18, 2024.
