Mobile Gear Capelin Fishery Closing in Conception Bay (Capelin Fishing Area 7)
DFO advises that at request of industry the capelin fishery for vessels using mobile gear in Conception Bay (Capelin Fishing Area 7) will close on July 6, 2025 at 2200 hours.
"Notices to Fish Harvesters" for all commercial fisheries are now available online under the Fishery Notices link on the DFO NL Region webpage at Newfoundland and Labrador Region
