The Department of Fisheries and Oceans would like to remind that in-person Outreach meetings will be held on the Great Northern Peninsula this week.

The intent of these meetings is to provide inshore harvesters and other interested stakeholders an opportunity to discuss matters of concern with respect to the various inshore fisheries.

The meeting schedule is as follows:

Wednesday, January 8, 2025 – St Anthony, Lion’s Club: 10:00 A.M. – 12:00 PM (4R3K)

Wednesday, January 8, 2025 - Roddickton – Bide Arm, Cross Country Centre: 3:00 P.M. – 5:00 P.M. (3K)

"Notices to Fish Harvesters" for all commercial fisheries are now available online under the Fishery Notices link on the DFO NL Region webpage at Newfoundland and Labrador Region.
