REDFISH FISHERY CLOSING IN UNIT 2 - Mobile Gear Fleet based in 4R3Pn
DFO advises that the Unit 2 Redfish fishery will close to the <65' mobile gear fleet based in 4R3Pn, Vessel Classes C405, C406, C422, C437,and C440, on Saturday, September 30, 2023, at 2000 hours. The quota for this fleet is expected to be taken by closing time.
The Regional Director General, Fisheries and Oceans Canada, Newfoundland and Labrador Regions gives notice that Variation Order 2022-254 has been revoked and Variation Order 2023-262 comes into effect on September 30, 2023.
