Snow Crab Season Extension for NAFO Division 3K
DFO advises that the Snow Crab fishery has been extended for NAFO Division 3K and will now close at 20:00 hours on the dates listed below for the following Crab Fishing Areas:
Areas 3B, 3BC, 3C, 3D, and Area 4: Closing July 14, 2023
3A: Closing July 29, 2023
The Regional Director General, Fisheries and Oceans Canada, Newfoundland and Labrador Regions gives notice that Variation Order 2023-116 has been revoked and Variation Order 2023-118 comes into effect on June 24, 2023.
"Notices to Fish Harvesters" for all commercial fisheries are now available online under the Fishery Notices link on the DFO NL Region webpage Newfoundland and Labrador Region
