3NO Fixed Gear Monkfish, Skate and White Hake Opening
DFO advises that the Inshore fishery in NAFO Divisions 3NO for Monkfish, Skate and White hake for vessels using gillnets and longline will open at 0600 hours on August 15, 2022.
This applies to vessel classes A250, A251, A253, A254, A256, A257, A259, A260, A262, A263, A265, A266, A268, A269, A271 and A272.
Licence conditions can be obtained by emailing Terri Healey at Terri.Healey@dfo-mpo.gc.ca with subject line: Skate, Monkfish & White Hake Conditions.
Fish harvesters are reminded that all licence holders are required to provide a Daily Report of your fishing activity.
The Regional Director General, Fisheries and Oceans Canada, Newfoundland and Labrador Region gives notice that Variation Order 2022-124 has been revoked and Variation Order 2022-170 comes into effect on August 11, 2022.
