REMINDER OF LOBSTER FISHING AREAS CLOSING IN AREAS 12, 13, and 14
DFO reminds harvesters of the following closing dates for the following Lobster Fishing Areas:
All closing times are 2000 hours.
- LFA 12: June 30, 2022
- LFA 13A June 30, 2022
- LFA 13B July 1, 2022
- LFA 14A June 30, 2022
- LFA 14B July 6, 2022
- LFA 14C July 15, 2022.
The Regional Director General, Fisheries and Oceans Canada, Newfoundland and Labrador Region gives notice that Variation Order 2022-047 has been revoked and Variation Order 2022-075 comes into effect on June 11, 2022.
"Notices to Fish Harvesters" for all commercial fisheries are now available online under the Fishery Notices link on the DFO NL Region webpage at Newfoundland and Labrador Region
