HERRING MG Greater than and Less than 65’ PURSE SEINE FISHERY OPENING IN AREA 13 AND 14
DFO advises that the Herring purse seine fishery, for the greater than and less than 65’ mobile gear fleet in Herring Fishing Area 13 and 14, will open 0600 hours, May 4, 2022.
The Regional Director General, Fisheries and Oceans Canada, Newfoundland and Labrador Region gives notice that Variation Order 2022-025 has been revoked and Variation Order 2022-044 comes into effect on May 4, 2022.
"Notices to Fish Harvesters" for all commercial fisheries are now available online under the Fishery Notices link on the DFO NL Region webpage at Newfoundland and Labrador Region
