4R Halibut Fishery opening for the Quebec Region Fleet

DFO advises that the Halibut fishery in NAFO Divisions 4R, for the Upper and Mid North Shore based fish harvesters using fixed gear (vessel class A225), will open at 0300 hrs EDT on July 25, 2017 and close at 1500 hrs (EDT) on July 26, 2017.
